A well-equipped vacation rental makes guests feel at home and keeps them coming back. Here's what each room should have.

Bedroom

Clean, fresh-smelling bedding is non-negotiable. Leave extra sheets and blankets so guests can sleep exactly as they like.

Kitchen

Stock the basics: cutlery, glasses, plates in a range of sizes, pots and pans, and a few key appliances. A microwave, toaster, and coffee maker go a long way.
